Who We Are
The transparency and trust in a farmer-to-consumer relationship creates a new and much-needed conversation about farm management practices, the welfare of animals, and the safety of our food. At Pajaro Pastures, we strive to strengthen the connection between farmers, consumers, and the health of our environment — raising pasture-raised eggs, pork, beef, and lamb in the Pajaro Valley.
Raised as Nature Intended
Everything we raise is 100% non-GMO and corn- and soy-free, with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our heritage hogs and laying hens are raised outdoors in oak woodlands right here in the Pajaro Valley. We round out our menu with organic, pasture-raised chicken from Fogline Farm in Pescadero and grass-fed, organic beef and lamb from Marshall Home Ranch in Marshall, California — because we believe in highlighting every product and being transparent about where your food comes from.

Pasture-Raised, Always
Our animals live outdoors on pasture and in oak woodlands, free to root, graze, and forage the way nature intended.
Corn & Soy Free, Non-GMO
Every animal is raised on a 100% non-GMO diet with no corn or soy — our hogs are even finished on apples and acorns.
No Hormones or Antibiotics
We never use added hormones or antibiotics — just clean, healthy food raised with care for the animals and the land.
